5. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate action figure images. The AI-generated content is provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or quality of such content. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or undesired outputs. We are not responsible for any outputs that may be considered offensive, inappropriate, or inaccurate.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other proprietary content. We do not claim ownership of such resemblances and users are responsible for ensuring their use of the AI-generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features of our Services may require the purchase of credits. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change the pricing of credits at any time.

If you believe you've been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.
